Corona (T) Ltd was founded in 1998 as the first funeral services company to be registered in Tanzania.
At the beginning, Corona's main activities were the sales of handmade coffins and Hearse rental.
As the demand of more and more related services grew, we decided to travel and attend training sessions to make Corona management and staff become fully capable in offering the services our society can expect from us.
To achieve this, Raphael, the founder got his embalmer’s qualifications, we expended our fleet of Hearses and other vehicles, opened two modern mortuaries, and in collaboration with a leading furniture manufacturer, we started producing premium quality coffins and caskets.
Today Corona has extended services to Kenya, Rwanda and Burundi by offering international repatriation services from above countries.
Corona is a registered member of International Federation of Thanatologists Associations (FIAT-IFTA) and active member of the Tanzanian Chamber of Commerce and Industries. |
